1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services.tcpressure.com (the "Site") and the services offered by TC Pressure ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
TC Pressure provides residential contracting and home services, including but not limited to roofing, siding, windows, gutters, landscaping, hardscaping, fencing, decks, permanent and holiday LED lighting, pressure and soft washing, exterior painting, paving and driveways, tree services, water filtration, HVAC, generators, garage doors, solar, and pool services. Specific scope of work, pricing, and timelines for any project will be provided in a separate written estimate or contract prior to work beginning.
3. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes provided through the Site, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change following an on-site inspection. Free quotes are provided without obligation to purchase.
4. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointment times are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather, prior job overruns, material availability, or other factors outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes to scheduled appointments.
5. Payment
Payment terms, including deposits, progress payments, and final payment, will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees as described in your specific contract.
6. Communications & Opt-In Program
If you opt in to receive text messages or emails from us, you agree to receive customer care communications, marketing and promotional messages, and account or appointment notifications as described in our Opt-In page and Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time.
7. Warranties
Workmanship warranties, where offered, will be specified in your individual project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are governed by the manufacturer's own terms and are passed through to you as applicable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TC Pressure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or delays in service caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including weather, supply chain disruptions, or acts of third parties.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TC Pressure or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Changes To These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
